Bank Domestic / Laundry Assistant in a Nursing Home.

Shifts are 8am to 2.30pm or 5pm Monday to Sunday, to cover MAT leave, annual leave and sickness.

The recruitment of the correct staff is one of our greatest priorities and as we offer excellent training and support for those who are successful, previous experience is not essential.

The correct attitude, reliability and compassion are essential skills required when working with vulnerable people and if you feel you can offer these then we look forward to hearing from you.

Duties include cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and public areas and offices of the Nursing Home. Using and stock the domestic cleaning equipment and trolley.

Laundry, to ensure all residents clothes are washed, ironed and returned to each resident, laundering all bedding, towels and other Home items (table clothes, aprons)

Understanding of COSHH, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Infection Control and Fire precaution.

Specialist cleaning, laying and clearing away of resident's meal tables and assisting in the kitchen when required.

Full COVID vaccination preferred, right to remain and enhanced DBS required.
