Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
Operate coffeemaking equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
Prepare and present food items, such as pastries and sandwiches
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:

Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
