Jonathan Lee Recruitment is supporting a specialist manufacture supplying into the automotive and general engineering sectors seeking a CustomerQuality Engineer, on a permanent basis.

Lead all areas of production quality, facing off to clients and suppliers to ensure product and process quality is achieved.

Provide technical support on all aspects of quality, quality procedures and product assurance within current production and during new product launch activities.

Identify technical issues and get to the root cause of the problem, recommending solutions to improve product overall performance.

Support manufacturing in achieving quality metrics for all processes, monitor the production cycle, and report on malfunctions.
Manage all quality control and systems within a medium to high volume manufacturing environment.
