Provide administrative support to the General Manager - Legal in maintaining an effective control framework and ensuring all internal procedures and policies has been complied by teams.
Work alongside other functions of Legal team to provide accurate and timely advice on various admin and legal topics.
Provide clarification as to the point of reference to business functions on legal compliance requirements, internal processes and pre-contract due diligence, contract/document drafting and review, and related issues.
Provide administrative support to Vendor management team in due diligence risk management.Support the Legal team in Global Support Centre proactively and continuously effectively manage the miscellaneous project assigned time to time effectively.
Coordinate with function of legal team for the weekly/monthly report and ensure they are prepared and delivered in time to General Manager - Legal.
Well versed with the Corporate regulatory compliance and stay informed of important regulatory changes, ensure proactive communication with business.
Understand functional risks within legal team processes and monitor & report accordingly.Collate, process, and reformat data and documentation relating to Commercial Compliance and Risk.
Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years PQE or similar experience.
Working knowledge of Excel (especially conditional formatting and data validation features), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (especially the task feature).
Proven ability to make informed judgements on collated data for action and improvement.Experience gathering data from multiple systems and sources.
