An independent Building Surveying firm are now seeking a driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing Nottingham team.


The Assistant Building Surveyor role


The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a well-established and professional Building Surveying firm with a close-knit and sociable working environment.


The Assistant Building Surveyor will gain experience across the full scope of Building Surveying services including a mixture of both professional and project work.


Professional services this firm are currently working on include dilapidations, schedule of condition, planned preventative maintenance, expert witness, defect diagnosis and building pathology.


This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor who's looking to progress their career and gain the right experience to successfully complete their APC.


The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
  • 12+ months experience
  • Eager to complete APC
