In this crucial role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within the business, delivering strategic financial guidance, analysis, and valuable commercial insights to enhance operational efficiency and aid decision-making.

    The Ideal Candidate for the Finance Business Partner Role:

    • Newly/Part/Finalist Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
    • Ideal to have solid training in a professional practice setting
    • Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance position
    • Outstanding analytical capabilities with the knack for effectively interpreting and presenting data
    • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI
    • Thorough understanding of technical accounting and financial regulations
    • Skilled communicator adept at building relationships across various teams
    • Proactive individual with a strategic mindset focused on solutions
    • Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and professional growth

    Main Responsibilities of the Role:

    • Collaborate with department heads, project teams, and stakeholders to grasp financial goals
    • Generate comprehensive financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management information packs
    • Perform variance analysis, spot trends, and offer valuable insights to support decision-making
    • Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute financial strategies and initiatives
    • Continuously assess and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
    • Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance colleagues
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects, analysis, and strategic ventures as needed
