    Key Purpose of the Role:

    Autoguard Group are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the marketing team.

    We are looking for someone with experience within the B2B and B2C markets. Additionally, as we operate in over 30 countries, marketing operations will span globally so knowledge, or the right attitude to learn these markets, is imperative.

    The key purpose of this role involves the strategic planning and implementation of digital campaigns; regular reports to the Group Marketing Manager; continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance; management of online content; communication with dealers and clients; expertise in various platforms; and providing data-driven insights to support sales teams.

    The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Creation, oversight and reporting of digital strategy
    • Regular reporting activity to Group Marketing Manager, and potentially Directors
    • Contributions and implementation of innovative and creative campaigns
    • Identifying and approving of content for all company websites, email, and social media campaigns in line with company objectives
    • Monitoring and reporting on email and social media campaigns
    • Dealer relationship management – onboarding and liaison
    • Intricate knowledge of platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendible, Mura and GA4
    • Communications to all stakeholders of the business (existing/prospective/customer-facing) in line with business objectives
    • Review strategy execution
    • To provide sales teams with data surrounding calls, sales, and prospect activity
    • Assist with graphic design tasks when needed
    • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
    • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
    • Develop content of marketing campaigns
    • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
    • Support Group Marketing Manager with growth opportunities

    You Must Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative with social media
    • Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Understanding the importance of prioritising tasks, with an organised outlook to meeting deadlines set
    • Accountability and responsibility to own tasks (and help others)
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Up to date industry and business knowledge
    • Respect for confidential information and understanding of data protection
    • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner with all stakeholders
