    They now have an exciting hybrid opening in London for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director.


    Account Director responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, concerns, and goals

    Contract Renewal Negotiation:
    Negotiating contract renewals, including pricing, terms, and conditions
    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
    Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing clients

    Account Planning:
    Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth opportunities

    Monitoring and Reporting:
    Monitoring client health and engagement metrics to proactively identify potential renewal risks and opportunities
    Oversee 60+ account with annual revenue exceeding 1.

    Account Director requirements:
    ~ 5+ years Account manager or Account Director
    ~ Balance in competing priorities and managing multiple projects/accounts
