    Job Description
    • Oversee the operations of the finance department.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company.
    • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
    • Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Analyse market trends to maximise profits and find expansion opportunities.
    • Coordinate with other departments to strategise and achieve company goals.
    • Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's leadership to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
    • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Manager should have:

    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
    • Proficiency in financial management software.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Integrity and professional ethics.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
