I am working with a business in Leicester that are looking to recruit a Credit Controller into their team, on a permanent basis.

I am working with a business in Leicester that are looking to recruit a Credit Controller into their team, on a permanent basis.


This role is to work within the commercial department of the Credit Control team and be a pivital part of the business.


As a Credit Controller, your role is more than Credit Control; it's about working with their Customers to ensure they can access what they need and create and develop effective working relationships.


Description

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and campaigns
  • Clearing orders manually that need a PO number
  • Chasing overdue accounts
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Processing payments and orders
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers
  • Working with your team and helping each other when needed
  • Managing your own commercial account workload
  • Prioritising aged debt collection

Profile
- knowledge of CCJ is beneficial

  • Somebody that can work under pressure
  • Able to display empathy
  • Work in a fast paced and busy environment
  • Comfortable and confident on the phone

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £23,000
  • Monthly Commission
  • 25 days annual leave plus the opportunity to buy another 5 (and bank holidays)
