Warehouse Team Leader (Packing)
Bristol
£35,000 to £41,000 per annum DOE + Holidays + Pension + Shift Allowance + Overtime Opportunities + Company Benefits
Must be flexible with shifts (earlies, days and lates) No weekends or nights.

To apply for the role, you must transfer from a warehouse, logistics or export background. You will ideally have experience of managing and leading small teams. If you have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment, you will have a considerable advantage.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the packing team. You will oversee all picking and packing activities to ensure than customer orders are dispatched on time, in full. You will manage the team to KPIs and motivate them/feedback on their activity. You will be responsible for stock management and maintain database records of all shipments.

The Warehouse Team Leader Role:
*Responsible for coordinating the packing team.
*Overseeing all picking and packing activities
*Monitoring and working to KPIs
*Ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time, in full to a high-quality standard
*Maintaining database for shipments
The Warehouse Team Leader:
*Can transfer from any warehouse, export or logistics background.
*Will ideally have experience of leading, mentoring and coordinating teams
*Warehouse Team Leaders with previous experience working within the manufacturing sector will have a considerable advantage
*Must be computer literate
