- Experienced in Education, Commercial or Residential schemes
- MEP Experience within Design Management.
- Experience of working within a preconstruction & on site production teams from an MEP perspective
- Degree Educated (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong IT abilities

MEP Design Manager
Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £60, £85,000.00 per year + package
My client, a tier 1 main contractor are looking for a motivated and driven MEP Design Manager with proven experience in MEP. You would be working on a School project initially valued at £60m in North West London.
Role scope:
You would be engaged within their pre-con team managing the design process. Your responsibility would progress through all the stages of design and then work directly with the on site production team. This will be related to the complexity of the scheme and the expertise of the chosen candidate.
You will possess an excellent understanding of the application of design management, BIM and document control processes to ensure the highest quality of design aligned with the programme.
