About Our Client:


Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Experience Position to work for a reputable business in central Leeds to join the business due to growth and expansion.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone experienced within Customer Services or someone that is looking to start out their career with a business that will provide full training


As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be first point of call for a range of enquiries mainly over the telephone and also social media platforms.

The role will be extremely fast paced ensuring each customer query is resolved quickly providing the best possible service and the customer goes away satisfied and happy,


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail or hospitality

Extremely customer centric and passionate about delivering a high class service

Excellent telephone manner and good written skills

A fantastic team player
