BWD are supporting a long established national advisory business in the recruitment of a qualified and ambitious Adviser Development Manager.


With a background and stroge knowledge in financial advice you will help develop new and existing advisers across competencies and product areas.

This varied role will see you nurture new hires through to competent advisor status alongside the offering ofdevelopment to existing advisers across a new and more complex offering the business are taking to market.


Our client offers advice to clients across the whole range of financial planning products, often HNW individuals with more complex needs, competence and knowledge in these areas are essential to the role.


The opportunity offers flexible working with occasional travel across Yorkshire, the North West and parts of the North East, video and remote technology allows a large proportion of the role to be carried out remotely.


A highly competitive pension, car allowance and basic salary package of up to £70k make this opportunity a market leader.
