Description

Head of Digital Learning & Development is required for a leading UAE bank.
Location – Dubai, UAE (company will provide relocation assistance for you and family)
Salary – 50,000 – 60,000 AED/month + benefits (visa for self, medical for self and family, bonus per annum)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT combined with L&D experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
Proven experience working with major L&D systems and technologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not currently based in the region.


Digital Learning Strategy:
~ Develop a digital learning vision and a comprehensive 3-year digital learning strategy with a clear roadmap and required investments.


Digital Learning Platform:
Provide a digital learning platform offering flexible learning opportunities.
Enhance learner experience on digital programs.
Increase uptake on digital learning year on year.
Collaborate with vendors to strengthen the digital learning platform and licensed content.


Digital Learning Programs:
~ Design and deliver digital learning programs in collaboration with domain L&D leads.


Digital Learning Governance:

~ Plan and monitor digital learning expenditure.

Provide leadership to the digital learning team.
Engage team members in planning and executing the digital learning strategy.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
