The Junior Finance Assistant will support the finance department in various administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities:

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.

Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Help in organizing and maintaining financial files and records in both digital and physical formats.

Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in finance and accounting.

Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
