Description
We are currently looking for a Team leader to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area.

As the Team leader you will be responsible for supervising staff with day-to-day operations and that GMP standards are maintained.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Team leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for the management of Senior Analysts, Analyst II and Analyst I staff.
Planning day-to-day work across the department.
Produce reports covering laboratory results, including trending and assessment of out-of-specification / limits results.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive laboratory experience and demonstrated competency in managing others.
  • A working knowledge and practical Chemistry experience with good knowledge/understanding of GMP/GLP
