    Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for luxury brands? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Ownership Services, Brand Communications Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Rolls-Royce Motor Cars communication channels and developing content marketing strategies to strengthen brand perception, retain existing owners, and drive product awareness and sales.

    You will create, develop, implement, and manage Ownership Services content marketing by identifying and generating collateral that provides the best customer experience and drives product awareness, and sales. You will also continue to build a strong and differentiated positioning for Ownership Services to help build and strengthen the brand's global luxury positioning.

  • Create, develop, implement and manage Ownership Services content marketing by identifying and generating collateral that strengthens the brand perception, assists in retention of existing Rolls-Royce owners, provides the best customer experience and drives product awareness and sales.
  • Continue to build a strong and differentiated positioning for Ownership Services to help build and strengthen the brand's global luxury positioning.
  • Define and communicate the positioning for Ownership Services to develop a unique, aspirational and differentiated image in the market to help retain existing owners, re-engage lapsed clients and stimulate demand and profit.
  • Identify and select a channel strategy for Ownership Services communications to maximise effectiveness with identified groups, mainly existing Rolls-Royce owners. Devise and implement an appropriate messaging strategy for Rolls-Royce to each Ownership Services audience ensuring an appropriate choice of message is delivered to the desired audience in the most effective manner to ensure maximum contribution to corporate objectives.
  • Devise, execute, monitor and implement change so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Monitor and control Ownership Services budget to ensure maximum results are delivered within budget through effective cost control.
  • Monitor and react to metrics and reports to allow senior management to understand activity and react accordingly.
  • Develop customer contact plans and relevant marketing communications collateral.
  • Motivate and manage agency partners to ensure resources are best allocated to complete projects on brief, on time & on budget.
  • Ensure relevant Ownership Services assets and tools are delivered in a timely manner to support Dealer initiatives. Monitor the usage and take necessary action to drive high utilization.
  • Develop and maintain Ownership Services incentives and initiatives to ensure that future turnover and contribution objectives are achieved.
  • Create, develop, implement and manage Provenance brand communications by identifying and generating collateral that supports the Rolls-Royce Used Car sales strategy.
  • What should you bring along?

  • Degree (ideally in Marketing and Business) or equivalent.
  • Significant level of Marketing communications experience, in the automotive and/or luxury sector. An understanding of the full marketing mix is essential along with budget and agency management. International or global experience is a plus. Senior management level interaction.
