Due to this success, we are now have an amazingopportunity for a Branch Operations Manager to start up and open one of our newest branch the Ipswich area.

We have doubled our turnover in the last 2 yearsto £81m and forecast for 2023 is set at over £100m.

The Role

  • Business Development
  • To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients.


  • Service Delivery

  • Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client's contractual obligations.
  • Financial Performance Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriateactions
  • Development ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market, and client needs.

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue
