    Description

    Justteachers are looking to secure an experienced *Teacher of English* to start a full time position we are working on from *September 2024*.

    Our client, a recently *'Good' graded OFSTED* school are looking for the correct candidate to teach *English* to KS4.

    Within this role you will be required to plan, mark and deliver all lessons and the working hours will be 8:30 – 15:30.

    The school proud themselves on having an exceptional senior management team with the possibility to develop within the role/school if this is something you desire.

    *Responsibilities:

    • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students across different key stages KS3-KS4
    • Planning and preparing lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school guidelines
    • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
    • Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
    • Collaborating with school staff and maintaining effective communication Requirements:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS/FE)
    • Specialisation in the English field is essential, teaching both Literature and Langauge
    • Familiarity with the national curriculum
    • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
    • The ability to engage with pupils with a mixture of abilities

    Job Type:
    Full-time Pay: £140.00-£210.
