Are you a Project Manager experienced in overseeing excavation for civils projects? If so then read on
Our client is a leading multi-utility company with a healthy order book for the next four years. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to expand their management team with an experienced Project Manager.

Salary to £65k | Company Car / Allowance + Fuel card | Bonus | Pension | 26 Days Holiday + bank holidays

Key Essentials:_

Reporting to the Contracts Manager your role will involve project managing utility projects under NEC form of contract. Work includes civils excavation and reinstatement
Overseeing a team of Supervisors, you will be responsible for conducting regular site progress meetings with the client
Full responsibility for ensuring that all projects are constructed in a safe manner as per designs and that they are documented and recorded correctly
Working closely with Project Quantity Surveyors, having full commercial awareness of projects, ensuring that all variations are captured
Ensuring that Project Planners are updated accordingly
Overall responsibility for ensuring that all required plant and materials are onsite when required
Carrying out regular site audits

_Requirements:
_

Previous project management experience of civils utility works with a good knowledge of current legislation, technical standards and specifications
Good commercial understanding, ideally with NEC experience
Basic knowledge of MS Project software
