Description

Our client an award-winning creative communications agency based in central London are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis (2 days a week in the office).


As Finance Manager you will be assisting the Finance Director & wider team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

You will be responsible for the implementation of financial processes and systems that keep the companyefficient and profitable.


You'll be working with the full team to ensure that the finance process is followed developing strong working relationships with the team.


Core tasks:

  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of facilitating purchases, etc.
  • Produce analyses and reports as requested by the Finance Director
  • Help oversee and manage Clients & Suppliers
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Review and interrogate department and project budgets.
  • Collect and enter data for various financial reports such as budget reconciliations.
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.
  • Company P&L management
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
  • Assist the Financial Director & Manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Answers question and provide assistance to the team, customers, and clients as needed.
  • Detailed management of cashflow
  • Assist with company planning from a financial perspective.
  • Attend finance department and companywide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers.
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
