Description

Catering Assistant

Duties:

Assist with food preparation (precooked meals to be taken from freezer ,placed in oven / cooked /probed and served)
Carry out sandwiches
Salad making
Use a dishwasher
Carry out general hygiene of Kitchen duties.

Skills, experience and knowledge:

Must have a level 2 food safety/hygiene certificate.
Culinary background or experience in food preparation is beneficial
Previous experience as a catering assistant is an advantage

This is a full time job, 37.5 hours/week, for an initial 6 month period.

Payrate:
Regular, Monday-Friday £10.42/hour, Sat: £14.69/hour, Sun: £19.07/hour
