My client is a leading well established marketing agency; specialising in creating solutions across all channels and delivering campaigns from inception to completion.

Due to an increase in work, they have a requirement for a Senior Account Manager with agency and client facing experience to join them on a permanent basis.

Working with the Group Account Director and the supporting agency teams, you will oversee the day-to-dayrunning of your account group with the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns from brief stage through to delivery in addition to the below responsibilities:

Overseeing the daytoday management of the account group and the associated workload.
Working with the Account Director to ensure that the full complement of services offered by the agency are actively presented to clients where relevant.
Building and maintaining key client relationships through consistent delivery and your expertise.
Ongoing consultancy and strategic input to clients marketing plans to ensure consistent value added and developing the relationship.
To assist the agency with the seamless integration of any new business wins.
Be a proactive problem solver that resolves small daytoday challenges but also that relishes the challenge of taking on longterm projects that take the agency forward.
Proven track record in a digital marketing environment playing a lead strategic role.
Experience in preparing for client meetings, presenting your ideas with solid rational through to adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
A proactive selfstarter with superb organisational skills
Problem solving mindset with a 'can do' attitude
Team player that can offer and ask for help when needed
Passion for building relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
