• 37.Proven experience in a progressive manufacturing environment· Demonstrated management skills that ensure supply chain alignment, empowering, motivating, and inspiring confidence in others· Effective time management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks· Broad knowledge of commodities related to aerospace seat builds· Experience in negotiating and implementing legal contracts· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes· Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with commercial supplier organizations and negotiating with suppliers· Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, VA/VE, problem-solving tools, and components of a lean/continuous improvement work environment· Ability to present data effectively to all levels of the business· Strong commercial acumen· Five years of similar supply chain experience within manufacturing, preferably aerospace· Builds positive working relationships with direct reports and peer groups.· Proven ability to make business decisions based on quantitative data and weigh alternative solutions· Clean and current driving license required; occasional business travel may be necessary· CIPS accreditation or relevant related degree depending on industry experience The Parent Company of ACRO Aircraft Seating is Zhejiang Tiancheng Controls Co., Once you apply, your CV will be held on our central database.
