    How you would create an impact

    • Reporting to the Head of GQA International you will be responsible for the delivery of the Claims Audit program for global Personal Insurance claims. This includes a program of Benchmarks reviews undertaken by auditors within your team and the facilitation of ongoing peer reviews undertaken within the Claims teams.
    • Maintain calibration of team members through collaboration to achieve consistency of qualitative reviews.
    • Provide clear and insightful reports for each Benchmark undertaken and if relevant work with the claims team on appropriate action plans. Benchmark reports are key to providing transparency on overall quality

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Proven claims experience including the handling and/or managing Personal Lines LOB claims.
    • Strong leadership skills, prior experience of leading successful teams an advantage.
    • A claims technical and operational background that will enable you to understand the improvement opportunities identified irrespective of the line of business and be credible with key claims stakeholders & managers.
