    We have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and dedicated planning team, based in our Manchester office, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our agile working approach.

    Other office locations will also be considered.

    We would like to hear from people with vision who are passionate about being a planner and who would relish being able to shape their own strategic vision, help develop theirown team, service clients, and deliver project excellence.

    You will be joining a market-leading, multi-national company at a hugely exciting time following our recent rebrand as part of the Tetra Tech Planning family and continued growth.

    We work on behalf of both public and private sector clients, and we are proud of our diverse range of projects.

    We provide advice across the entire spectrum of development schemes - from initial feasibility studies and site visits, through to the submission of large-scale planning applications, other consents and appeals.

    We have strong local and national networks and a collaborative team culture.

    You will be working closely with colleagues in the wider planning team and senior leaders in the business to capitalise on our market share and help grow our business.

    Tetra Tech is a multidisciplinary organisation, and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multi-skilled teams on large scale and significant projects.

    developing, delivering and owning a strategic vision to ensure profitable performance for your business;
    leading and inspiring team members to work coherently as a team, leveraging expertise and resources from the wider planning business;
    leading and co-ordinating business development and client relationship management, promoting our planning division and the wider business at every opportunity, undertaking initiatives to actively raise our profile;
    acting as a role model for professional standards and behaviours within the business, seeking ways to work collaboratively with other business units in the best interest of the business;
    ensuring compliance with commercial and operational governance processes, and risks are minimised.
