    We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operational Support Manager to lead a team of administrators in our Wednesbury office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing productivity data collation and reporting, ensuring the efficient functioning of the team, and driving continuous improvement. This role will involve migrating the team's focus towards systems compliance and reporting as the business digitises its productivity management system.

    What will you be doing?

    As a Operational Support Manager, your core responsibilities will be –

    · Lead and manage a team of Operational Support Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

    • Oversee the collation of productivity data from field operations and ensure accurate entry into the database.
    • Drive the transition to the Depotnet FSM system, including training team members and coordinating with other departments.
    • Monitor compliance with system usage among field staff and address any issues or concerns.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for data collection, entry, and reporting.
    • Generate and analyse reports based on collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational support activities and improve overall efficiency.
    • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development within the team.
    • Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure operational continuity


    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations support or data management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
    • Familiarity with Depotnet FSM system or similar field service management software is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
