Procurement Officer

A local authority based in London is looking for a Procurement Officer on an interim basis. The position will be to help operate the Council's Supplier Adoption systems - Proactis / R2P / Agresso.

My client is looking for:

Experience of working within the Procurement Procedures and Governance arrangements with Local Authorities experience with a London Authority or equivalent organisation is an advantage
2 Years work experience of operating accountancy software platforms R2P and Agresso is considered essential.
Support employees and suppliers with R2P queries relating to preapproval and purchase orders (PO) creation.
Assist the business in ensuring all checks and validations are performed before a supplier is adopted.
Review and validate document sent by supplier; ensure they're correctly matched and onboard the suppliers, and where queries arise, to address them.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£250.00-£300.00 per day
