    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and analytical Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for managing the financial strategy and planning, monitoring cash flow, analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing new actions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management of the company's financial strategy and planning. Ensure that cash flow is suitable for the operations of the organisation.
    • Oversee the IT, finance, and procurement departments.
    • Control the connections with lenders and suppliers.
    • Develop your staff and lead high-achieving teams to inspire utmost effort and commitment.
    • Work closely with the Group shareholder to support the company transformation plan and contribute to transformation projects.
    • Provide the group's shareholder with frequent and as-needed financial reports.
    • Create and manage a group budget.
    • Install and manage the IT system for the company's finances.
    • Combine recent group acquisitions with already-existing businesses.
    • Oversee the group's approach to risk management.
    • Verify adherence to the company's policies and the law.

    Requirements:

    • Track record of success in a CFO, finance director, or related position.
    • Possess a valid accounting degree.
    • Outstanding familiarity with forecasting and data analysis techniques.
    • Expert in using financial management tools and MS Office.
    • Previous ERP implementation experience.
    • The capacity for problem-solving and strategy.
    • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
    • While not required, prior experience in the building services industry or a related field is preferred.
