X2 Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Van Mobile - Up to £42,000 per annum

Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial contract around the Greater London area including the M25, Milton Keynes, Reading, Sussex & Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. My client has 2 positions available with 1 engineer ideally living in the North London / Hertfordshire area and 1 living in the South London / Surrey area.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 with a callout rota and OT available.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Pressure leak tests
AC fault finding
Compressor changes
Braising
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

Basic Salary of up to £42,000
Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm - 1 Hour Lunch
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Van & Fuel Card
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full company uniform
Private use of Van
Travel paid after 1 hour each way
OT Available
Callout 1 in 4 - £100 P/W

Requirements

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
F-Gas Cat 1 qualification (Essential)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
