Temporary assignment until approx. 31 July 2023 | £15.62 per hour (Scale H) | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working
We currently have an opportunity through our temporary staff bank for a Temporary
Project Support Officer. This post will be for approx. 6 months.

The Interreg France (Channel) England programme is recruiting Project Support Officers to support project activity funded by the European Union.

We're offering a fantastic opportunity to work in financial project management, dealing with European co-operation projects.

You will join a team which funds exciting collaborative projects between French and English communities in the Channel area. These are aimed at bringing about improvements in innovation, social innovation, low carbon technologies, heritage, and water ecosystems.

We are looking for people with experience in case management and a focus on providing excellent customer service


The role will include:

  • Supporting the Joint Secretariat (JS) team with the preparation of key documents and reports
  • Carrying out administrative checks on projects and generally support the project modifications appraisal process and process projects' claims for payment
  • Providing support to the JS to monitor and report on the programme budget and spending
  • Providing IT support to the JS team members and projects for eMS, our electronic monitoring system
