We offer all our investors a hands-off service from start to finish and access to our Power Team, which includes sales progression, mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and much more.


Sales Progression Administration Role


The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in taking property transactions from the point of sale to completion, managing the investor through each step of the process.


Essential for this role is the ability to forward plan, have excellent administration and organisation skills, and clear communication skills.


The role is liaising with both vendors and high net worth investors to progress their transaction through the conveyancing and finance process to completion, in a fast-paced environment.


There are several different elements to this role which requires the ability to efficiently prioritise and multi-task whilst liaising with estate agents, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and all parties related to the buying and selling of property.


Essential Skills
The role involves having a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as excellent administration and organisational skills. The ability to operate well under pressure and the ability to communicate with authority when needed are essential.

Ability to work both in a team and under own initiative is imperative to the smooth running of the sales progression process.
