- Represent the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events, delivering product technical presentations and external communications to demonstrate the company's technical competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts to drive technical collaborations and business development.
- Track competitors' technological advancements and market dynamics, providing competitive analysis and recommending countermeasures.
- Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to foster the professional growth and technical capabilities of team members.
- Ability to provide hands-on support in programming, HTML, CSS, JS, REACT, NodeJS, Python.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Possess at least 5 years of experience in technical architecture design in the E-commerce or SaaS industry, with additional experience in successful product technical delivery and team management being a plus.
- Excellent presentation and external communication skills, capable of representing the company to showcase product technical competitiveness to clients, partners, and industry experts.
- In-depth understanding of technological trends and innovation in the SaaS industry. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and architectures such as AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, microservices/serverless, and experience in areas such as big data and artificial intelligence would be advantageous.
- Business acumen and customer-oriented mindset, able to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business goals.
