Are you looking to join a brand that has seen some incredible growth results year on year, with so much more still to come? This is a great opportunity for a passionate marketing candidate to join this womenswear brand in a newly created role, reporting in to the Marketing Director.

You'll be responsible for a team of two (an exec and coordinator), leading the D2C strategy and execution, reporting in to an amazingly skilled Marketing Director. This role would suit a candidate ready to step up in to a managerial role or perhaps an existing manager looking for a new, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels
• Track performance of marketing campaigns
• Be responsible for photoshoots and planning
• Manage external agencies
• 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
