    Ardeta Search is partnering with a highly regarded legal firm in Sheffield who are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed firm. With over a century of excellence, they are committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions to their clients.

    The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer who will play an integral role in delivering top-tier legal services to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will sit beneath the Partner heading up Commercial Property and be instrumental in the long term development of this division. They will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance, and development projects.

    The firm is seeking an individual who thrives in an environment where they will act autonomously, focussed on providing an in depth advisory service to their client base, building long lasting relationships, and has an appetite for progression and broad responsibility in their role.

    The role:

    • Overseeing a diverse caseload covering property, planning, procurement, commercial, and local government law.
    • Handling leasehold and freehold transactions, development projects, secured lending, and first registrations.
    • Collaborating with seasoned colleagues on projects involving large estates, developers, charities, universities, and various businesses.
    • Efficiently managing clients' cases while maintaining professional standards.
    • Informing clients about the firm's full spectrum of services.
    • Supervising junior staff and providing mentorship and support.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team player with a reputable professional background within commercial property.
    • Alignment with core values of excellence, integrity, and approachability.
