    The Team You'll Join:

    You will become part of the Student Experience, Engagement & Retention team (SEER), committed to fostering inclusivity, support, and empowerment among our student body. Within the Student and Academic Services Directorate (SAS), our aim is to provide comprehensive service, support, and educational experiences to all students and researchers. SEER works alongside teams such as Academic Services, Access, Participation and Student Success, Careers, Student Advice and Wellbeing, and Registry to ensure holistic support and guidance across various activities.

    Your Role:

    As a pivotal member of our team, you'll oversee the delivery of an exceptional student experience through various projects across the School. Leading a team of four, you'll drive initiatives focused on student engagement and retention. Collaborating closely with the Head of SEER, you'll spearhead high-profile projects including Welcome events, student engagement monitoring, and retention strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass student voice initiatives, peer mentoring, support meetings, and various other activities aimed at fostering student success within our community.
