    What are the day-to-day responsibilities of an Insurance Consultant:

    • Answering incoming calls
    • Providing customer service with tailored quotes and information
    • Managing email responses
    • General Sales/Servicing of new and existing policies

    Required Skills and Qualifications for an Insurance Consultant:

    • Thoughtful listener
    • Enthusiastic telephone manner
    • Ability to build rapport and trust
    • Customer-facing background with experience in soft selling preferable
    • Retail and Customer Service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
