Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Band 3 Administrative Assistant to work within the Oxford Health NHS Trust on a temporary agency contact.

This role will be a hybrid role on a mainly home working basis but the post holder will be expected to work at the Abingdon Community Hospital from time to time.

This will be on a 3 month temporary contract with possible extension.

Hours
37.5 hours per week

Rates
£10.28 PAYE ( £12.50Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the various teams/wards within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

Assist in all administration duties relating to the day to day running of the team/service:

Ensure the accurate collation, recording and input of patient information in Trust patient record systems:

Support data quality, audit and reporting of patient records within service:

Contact patients to support feedback and evaluation of service:

Order, check, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team as required:

Receipt, code and forward invoices for payment:

Filing and photocopying and distributing and redirecting mail:

Accurately type and distribute correspondence, minutes and other documents
