- Overseeing day to day customer service of our e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay and various websites
- Inbound call handling, advising end-users of the right water treatment products
- Outbound call reminder service
- Providing best in class customer service to a wide range of customers
- Responding to customer queries via email, telephone and web chat
- Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs
- Instigating solutions to help the customer
- A desire to meet daily and monthly targets, leading to commissions payments

- Previous Customer Service and office experience
- Self-starting with a 'can do' attitude

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join a fast developing Team within the E-commerce department at Aqua Cure

The office based role is the perfect opportunity to provide best in class customer service and a friendly reminder service to an established base of customers, whilst problem solving and learning about the world of water treatment. Within this role you will also supervise and develop a small team of customer service assistants under the expert guidance of the e-commerce manager. Your duties will encompass a versatile approach, involving the careful observation of team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance their skills and productivity. Full product and system training is given to ensure you are thoroughly equipped to make the most of each opportunity.
