Our client, a leader in the IT space are looking to add a commercial contracts officer to their team.This will mainly be focused on customer facing contracts and will be a mix of reviewing and drafting commercial contracts alongside some contract management.
Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements; Reviewing, drafting, updating and maintaining contract documentsMonitoring and reporting performance and compliance against contractual obligations including commercial performance, financial management and contract managementMonitoring customer satisfactionWorking with the contract delivery teams to ensure that the management of change request process and change implementation is carried out in line with the contracts.
Reporting on progress of change requests and projectsReviewing contract performance, assessing commercial risks and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage the riskPreventing and resolving contractual disputesAssuring adherence to Group Commercial PolicySupporting the client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve the orders, profit and cash budget and overall management of the Client relationship.
Support the delivery streams who are responsible for the delivery of projects and provide clear direction working with the client engagement team.
Experience of working with commercial contracts.
