    Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite Weekly)

    About the Role:

    I'm on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Exposure Data Service Manager to join my Insurance client on a 12-month contract basis. This is a critical role where you will oversee and enhance their data management processes, specifically focusing on data cleansing and vendor management, while also leveraging your understanding of catastrophe modelling to support their operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Vendor Management: Efficiently manage relationships with data service providers, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
    • Data Cleansing: Lead initiatives to identify and correct inaccuracies in their exposure data, enhancing the quality and reliability of theirdatasets.
    • Catastrophe Modelling Support: Utilise your understanding of catastrophe modelling to ensure that data is accurate, comprehensive, and effectively supports their modelling efforts.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and IT, to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in data management, particularly in vendor management and data cleansing processes.
    • Solid understanding of catastrophe modelling and its implications for exposure data quality.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, with 2-3 days a week onsite in London.
