About The Role:


The Institute of Swimming are seeking a Course Co-ordinator to join the team on a full time basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming in the Programme Management team responsible for building the national programme of training whilst providing excellent customer service, coordination and marketing of aquatics and pool plant training courses.

You will ensure accurate and timely information and support for all aspects of the training centre, tutor and customer experience.


You will work with other departments, customers and stakeholders to deliver the KPI's set by senior management ensuring that courses are planned and delivered within the required budgetary requirements.

You will effectively communicate with delivery venues and tutors to ensure all information and resources are in place prior to courses.

You will market the training opportunities to ensure that courses are viable and run where possible at maximum capacity.

About You:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability of delivering against KPIs/targets
  • Ability to manage a varied administrative work program and meet tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Institute's courses and programmes
  • Knowledge of educational functions, processes and systems
