Their Commercial department offer a wide range of services to companies in many industries, including financial services, technology, fashion and travel.

For this role, our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Solicitor in the Travel Regulation sector.

The travel industry is a highly lucrative, with 237bn GBP contributed to the UK economy due to travel & tourism.

Most recently, our client secured a landmark legal victory against a major airline and have advised the biggest travel companies in the UK.

Compliance with general consumer law
Compliance with travel regulation
Working on multi-jurisdictional compliance projects
On the Digital Services Act and the Online Safety Act
Qualified Compliance (Travel Regulation) Solicitor with between 3 – 7 years' PQE
At least a genuine interest in the Travel industry
