Customer Account Executive (12 month Maternity Cover)


Our client, known locally as an employer of choice are looking for an experienced
Customer
Account Executive to manage a team that process a high volume of supplier transactions.

This role is a maternity cover for 12 months.


Job Duties:


  • Main point of contact for all Technical and Quality queries for a Key Customer
  • Ensuring that the quality of the products meet the customers requirements at all times.
  • Driving change within the production environment to ensure compliance to specifications.
  • To facilitate a positive long-term working relationship with the customer to reach the company's sales target.
  • To be practical and good at troubleshooting to help resolve any potential issues that may arise.

What you will need:


  • Educated to a degree level
  • Strong organisational, planning & time Competent in use of Sage 200
  • Ability to make decisions and use own initiative
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office, particularly
