  • Notes_ Package: Salary £79k plus car allowance (£3.5k) and 15.7% employer pension contribution.

Our in-house Technical Services team supports and maintains over 32,000 properties across the Wakefield district and surrounding areas and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us.


We are looking for an outstanding leader to help us to successfully deliver our services to meet the needs of our customers and the business.

We are recruiting a new senior Service Director with the right experience, appetite for innovation and focus on the customer experience to develop and drive improvements across Technical Services.

This is a fast paced, high volume service area with significant budgetary responsibility, a large workforce and demanding targets.


Leading our Planned function, you will ensure that our teams deliver the very highest standards in health, safety, compliance and provide outstanding services that meet our customers' needs.

You will be delivery focused, ensuring that our organisation is ahead of the curve, is efficient and effective and be a transformational leader who enjoys working collaboratively across the business.

We are looking for someone with the right skills, a people person with relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary environment and most importantly someone who has our WDH DNA - Determination, Nous and Attitude to be the best
