Teem Recruitment are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an entry level role into recruitment and, as such, training is well implemented.

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Manage existing client's requirements
  • Negotiate fees and contracts
  • Cold calling for prospective new business across the UK, focussing on the primary and secondary education sector
  • Write job adverts and publish online
  • Format CV's to be sent to clients in a professional way
  • Work proactively and at speed to fill client's vacancy requirements

The Training for a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be coming in fresh with no experience in recruitment.

This company are mindful of that and don't want to throw you right into the deep end just yet Although a lot of the job is learnt in doing it, there is tailored training to you with small hurdles to overcome one at a time to help you progress.

The starting salary for this role is £18,000 per annum rising to £22,000 following successful completion of your probation period.
