Senior Recruitment Consultant (Contracts Desk) - Life Science / Pharma - up to £55k + commission. Warm desk.
CCG Associates is working with a specialist consultancy in London that operates in the Life Science / Pharma sector
.

You will take over a warm desk with established client relationships

They are looking to appoint a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant who is currently running a successful Contract desk in the Life Science / Pharma space.

You will inherit a warm desk with existing client relationships and a number of PSL agreements and will be targeted with growing your desk by a carefully targeted sales approach.

PACKAGE -
Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life Science / Pharma

Basic salary up to £55k
Commission up to 35% of margin
Hybrid working 2/3 days home / office
Career progression opportunities as the team grows

CANDIDATE - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life Science / Pharma

Ideally you will have at least 12-18 months recruitment experience in the Life Science / Pharmaceutical sector and a proven record of generating Contract business in this space.

A selfstarter who understands the recruitment lifecycle and has a proactive approach
Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Currently running a successful Contract desk in Life Science
