PACKAGE - Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions

Basic salary of up to £35k (neg) depending on experience:


  • Company car allowance up to £5k:

Quarterly bonus scheme with commission up to 25%:

This multi-million pound business provides Payroll Solutions to the recruitment agency sector and contract labour market.

With a mix of telephone and face-to-face sales you will be targeting the UK Recruitment Agency sector selling a range of Contractor Umbrella Payroll Solutions.

This role will suit a new business hunter who possess exceptional telesales ability and can develop strong client relationships and repeat business.

JOB - Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions

  • Joining this expanding company you will be selling Contractor payroll solutions
  • Ltd Company, Umbrella, Sole Trader etc
  • Through telephone and facetoface selling you will be building relationships with recruitment agencies and endusers to manage their Contract staff payroll needs
  • Advising Contract staff on the range of payroll and financial solutions available
  • Advising clients on company solutions and service offerings
  • This role is both office and field based
