Receptionist Required in Cleckheaton

Basic Salary
Up to £22,000, OTE £23,000

Hours: 45 hours per week

Monday
Friday 9:00am 6:00pm

***:

Saturdays
9:00am 2:30pm

The client are renowned experts in exhausts, engine and service parts, but also the finest and most reputable in performance products.

They're now looking to take on a Administrator/Receptionist to join their team to assist with a variety of front of house and administrational duties.

Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the bodyshops busy schedule, making amendments and adjustments to timings of jobs.
Booking in Jobs/Estimates.
Advising customers with the progress of their vehicle.
Friendly customer service.
Carrying out day to day administrational tasks to assist with the smooth running of the business.
Ensuring positive reviews are left by happy customers.
Ideally have worked an admin/receptionist role in the automotive industry.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service ability.
Previous Administrational experience would be desirable.
